FAQ

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to ensure everything is prepared and your session runs smoothly.

How long does it take to get our photos?

You’ll receive your selection gallery within 24 hours of your session. Once we receive your selections, your final edited photos are delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes. We offer professional photo prints in a wide range of sizes, starting from 4x6 all the way up to 36x60, perfect for framing and displaying in your home. Frames sold separately.

Is your studio pet friendly?

Yes! You are more then welcome to bring your pets to the studio. We ask that you mention that you plan on bringing them at the time of your booking.

Do we get a copy of unedited photos?

Unedited gallery files are not included. Only fully edited images selected by the client are delivered.

Do you have a change room?

Yes

Can we get more selections after the photoshoot?

Yes. You’re welcome to select additional edited photos after your session at $15 per photo plus HST.

What if our kid doesn't want pictures taken? What happens to the session?

If your child isn’t comfortable during the session, no worries at all. We can reschedule for a $20 fee, or you can add extra time to the session if that works better in the moment.

What should we bring?

We recommend bringing basic personal hygiene items, such as a brush/comb or hair product. For babies, please bring extra diapers, milk, wipes, and any comfort items to help keep them happy and relaxed during the session.
